We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about leading teams, delivering projects successfully, and driving operational excellence from planning to handover.

Position: Project Manager (Civil)

Location: Malappuram, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Strong verbal communication skill in Malayalam is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Mentor and lead project teams.

Requirements





- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in government and commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of project planning, execution, billing, quality control, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and project reporting.
