Role Summary

Evermark Developers is hiring a General Manager – Sales with strong experience in high‑rise residential real estate. The role requires leadership in sales operations, client management, and channel partner engagement. Candidates must have a solid local CP network and proven experience in driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership — Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- High‑Rise Project Sales — Handle sales operations for high‑rise residential projects.
- Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
- Channel Partner Network — Manage and expand the local CP network for consistent lead flow.
- Sales Strategy — Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends.
- Team Coordination — Coordinate with marketing, CRM,



and project teams for smooth operations.
- Reporting — Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales
- Mandatory experience in high‑rise residential projects
- Strong local channel partner network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage sales operations
- Solid understanding of Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market
