Job Purpose

To manage the complete Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle for the Sales Division by driving recruitment, employee retention, performance management, training, rewards & recognition, and HR analytics to support business growth.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Talent Acquisition

· Campus Hiring

· Coordinate onboarding and manpower planning.

KPIs: Recruitment TAT, Joining Ratio, Offer Acceptance, Quality of Hire.

2. Employee Lifecycle & Retention

· Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and employee engagement.

· Drive retention initiatives and resolve employee concerns.

KPIs: Attrition Rate, Employee Retention, HRMS Data Accuracy.

3. Performance Management

· Coordinate performance reviews, maintain dashboards, and monitor PIP.

· Support appraisal and performance improvement initiatives.

KPIs: Performance Review Completion, PIP Success Rate, Dashboard Accuracy.

4. Rewards, Recognition & Training

· Prepare Sales Scorecards and execute R&R; programs.





· Conduct induction and coordinate sales training.

KPIs: Training Completion, R&R; Execution, Scorecard Accuracy.

5. HR Analytics & Business Partnering

· Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports.

· Partner with Sales Managers on HR initiatives and compliance.

KPIs: MIS Timeliness, Reporting Accuracy, Stakeholder Satisfaction.

Travel Requirement

· Willing to travel to Rocksport Parks and sales locations across India for recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR support.
