Position: Telecaller – Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team by promoting our construction, renovation, and landscaping services. Candidates with prior experience in the construction or real estate industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate qualified sales leads.

- Promote the company's construction, renovation, and landscaping services.

- Follow up on enquiries received through websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services.





- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure timely customer support.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

- Experience in the construction, building materials, or real estate industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong tele-sales and lead generation abilities.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

- Persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
