FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY INTERN

Sample & Tester Replenishment to Stand Alone Boutiques (SABs)

- Assist in collating regular sample and tester replenishment requests for boutiques
- Coordinate with WH/OPS team on delivery schedules to ensure SABs are supported for key moments.

Wholesale Partner Coordination

- Marketing Visibility Coordination: Liaise with wholesale-partner store managers for installation permission; and coordinate with the external vendor for installation scheduling
- Documentation Support: Secure high-quality images from each store SPOC; maintain and update a tracker for installation status, contacts, and pending items.

Event Support





- First-level research for vendors for potential events
- Handle sampling coordination
- Coordinate event logistics, permissions, and deliveries with mall teams/BCs/vendors
- Follow up with all vendors to ensure deliverables, signed POs, and invoices are sent (on average, 30 vendor payments to be coordinated during activation months)
- Provide support during activations and manage post-event media collection

Administrative Support

- Take minutes of meetings
- Format decks as needed (e.g., F&B; overview presentations)
- Gather campaign performance feedback from boutique managers and teams
