Every project is approached with a unique and personal touch to deliver high-quality, client-centric interiors. Role Description The Interior Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Interior Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, quotations, negotiation, and closing deals. The role involves close coordination with the design and execution teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and timelines are met.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing sales reports, following up with clients, and representing Decormart Studio’s brand and service standards with professionalism. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for formal education. Enure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output. Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects a month, by ensuring new project bookings. Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management. 5+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth. 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales
