Key Responsibilities Handle sales inquiries for cycling tours, treks, and adventure expeditions Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media Explain itineraries, safety standards, inclusions, and gear requirements to clients Maintain CRM with follow-ups, payments, and confirmations Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets Coordinate with operations and expedition teams for smooth execution Upsell add-ons such as gear rentals, insurance,
