Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. Candidates with prior B2B marketing experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Create and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns to drive qualified business leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to create effective marketing campaigns.




- Manage landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of paid media, PPC, SEM, and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads Certification and/or LinkedIn Marketing Certification.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is an advantage.

- Experience running lead generation campaigns for B2B businesses.
- Robust analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
