Job Description
The Assistant Manager for General Trade in the Domestic Business sector is tasked with driving sales and expanding new territories. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets. The individual will manage daily sales operations, ensuring processes are effective and performance is high. They will monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing insights for improvement. The role involves preparing accurate sales forecasts and staying informed about new product launches to effectively promote them. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is crucial, as is negotiating agreements with large customers. The Assistant Manager will also monitor competition, providing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Regular sales reports will be prepared for senior management, offering insights and recommendations. The role requires guiding the sales team, fostering continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
