We are looking for a Medical Officer who can combine clinical expertise with program management and data-driven decision-making to improve workforce health outcomes at scale.

Role Overview

As a Medical , you will act as the medical and technical backbone for large-scale corporate health and wellness programs.

You will work closely with operations, customers, doctors, hospitals, wellness partners, and leadership teams to ensure that health programs are clinically sound, compliant, measurable, and outcome-driven.





This is not a traditional clinic-based role. It is an chance to influence the health of thousands of employees across multiple organizations and industries.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Technical Support

* Provide medical and technical guidance for corporate health checkups, wellness programs, and occupational health initiatives.
* Review health checkup protocols, medical questionnaires, and clinical workflows.
* Support internal teams and customers with medical and occupational health-related queries.
* Ensure adherence to applicable occupational health and workplace health standards.

Health Data Analytics

* Analyze employee health data generated through health checkups and wellness programs.
* Identify key health risks, disease trends, and workforce health patterns.
* Develop health risk assessment reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
