Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Sr. Architect for a reputed Company in Real Estate Industry in Mumbai (Thane).

Roles & Responsibilities –

- Should know how to prepare comprehensive area & financial feasibility report
- Has worked for redevelopment, SRA, mixed use developments.
- Should have worked before in this scheme 33(7) 33(9) 33(10) 33(5) 33(24) 33(18)
- Municipal Drawing, Working Drawing, presentation drawing, Elevation making.
- Coordinating with various consultants like (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, etc.).
- Ensure issuance of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings aligned with municipal approvals.
- Review and approve drawings, ensuring they do not impact architectural finishes or functionality.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards,



and adherence to design specifications, addressing any discrepancies or deviations as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of release of Setting Out Drawings.
- Monitor and control inspection and verification of setting-out points at the site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

CTC & Working Days:

- 900000
- Monday – Saturday 10: 00 am – 7:00 pm
- One paid leave per month & public holidays
