Job Title: Colour Coordinator for Asian Paints

Key Performance Indicators:

The Colour Consultant's role is to understand the overall décor of the house and to help the customer make the choice from the various colour families. Advice the client on various themes and textures to enhance décor of their rooms. Help set mood for the home with the use of colour and pick colors to create a space that reflects its inhabitants Handling walk-in clients Cross selling of product categories Soft furnishing will be taken for by CC Digital leads follow and calling Digital Journey at store.

Skills Required:

Good Communication Confident Demeanor Proficiency in written and spoken Hindi, English (Local language and English in case of South)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in choosing appropriate color schemes for interior and exterior spaces

- Provide expert advice on color trends, finishes, and textures

- Conduct color consultations and share personalized recommendations based on customer needs

- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure color selections align with project specifications

- Create color palettes and mood boards to showcase design possibilities

- Keep up to date with the latest color trends, products,



and innovations in the paint industry

- Demonstrate products and provide samples to clients to help them visualize color choices

- Maintain knowledge of different paint products, including their finishes, durability, and usage

- Provide color training and guidance to sales teams, helping them offer informed suggestions to customers

- Organize and manage color samples, swatches, and materials to ensure availability for customers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in design, interior design, or a related field

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or paint industry

- Strong understanding of color theory, color psychology, and design trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Asian Paints products and color ranges is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple customer inquiries

- Detail-oriented with a passion for design and aesthetics

- Creative, with the ability to visualize spaces and color combinations

- Familiarity with design software or tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
