- Provide detailed information to clients in English, Hindi, and Telugu about available options and processes.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Record and maintain accurate details of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve telemarketing strategies and client engagement.

Expertise Required:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Proficiency in using basic computer tools and CRM systems.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
