Key Responsibilities

1. Psychometric Assessment Development
- Participate in the research, design, and validation of standardized psychological tools
- Assist in test construction, item analysis, domain mapping, and norm-setting

2. Assessment Administration
- Conduct clinical interviews and administer psychometric assessments for diverse age groups (students, professionals, etc.)
- Interpret test results and generate customised psychological reports

3. Counselling & Psychotherapy (Online & Offline)
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person
- Work with clients dealing with anxiety,



academic stress, mood disorders, relationship issues, etc.
- Maintain ethical standards and clinical documentation in all cases

4. Training & Capacity Building
- Design and deliver skill-based training programmes for schools, corporates, and government institutions
- Facilitate workshops on topics like emotional regulation, resilience, focus, and mental health awareness

5. Academic Engagement
- Deliver lectures and practical training modules in Ollato’s certification and fellowship programmes
- Mentor psychology interns and support continuous learning within the team

Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI-registered preferred)
- Experience in psychometric testing, psychotherapy, and training delivery
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with both online and offline platforms for therapy and training
- Ability to work collab
