Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure cleanliness of the front-desk area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for counseling sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Academic Counseling:
- Guide prospective students and parents about various courses, admission processes, and career paths.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Maintain student records and counseling reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate information is shared.
- Participate in promotional events, webinars, and open house sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role (Receptionist/Academic Counselor) preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
