Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces using Figma.
- Develop responsive web designs with HTML and CSS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining usability and functionality.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine the user experience.
- Optimize design elements for web and mobile platforms.
- (Bonus) Create engaging 2D/3D animations to enhance UI interactions and visual storytelling.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing.




- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- (preferred) Experience with 2D/3D animation tools like After Effects, Spline, Lottie, or Blender.
