Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and web. Day-to-day tasks include managing online advertising, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market and audience research, and producing or coordinating digital content that supports brand awareness and lead generation.



The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches and business objectives, manage budgets, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders. The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and recommending new tactics and tools to improve results.
Qualifications
Strong skills in digital campaign planning and execution, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms dashboards).
Ability to develop and manage content for digital channels, working with designers and writers to produce engaging assets.
