Role Overview:
The Lead – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and talent
acquisition initiatives across the organization, partnering closely with the Founders and business
leaders to build high-performing teams that support the company's rapid growth journey. This role requires a hands-on recruitment qualified who can balance strategic hiring with execution
excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Responsibilities:




Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across all business functions and levels.
Partner with the Founder and functional leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely closure of critical positions.
Build robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, and market mapping.
Conduct screening, assessments, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and onboarding coordination.
Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Drive diversity hiring and talent acquisition best practices.
Build succession pipelines for critical business roles.
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market positioning as an employer of choice.
