The candidate would be working in the Origination- DCM Desk based out of Mumbai office.
The primary objective of the team is to analyse potential entities, monitor covenants and market trends to help source & close business deals in the Origination DCM Team.

Candidate is required to

Legal Counsel Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with leading Legal Counsels, track market and regulatory developments, support transaction execution, coordinate appointment of counsels for Debt Public Issues and Private Placements, generate business leads, and onboard preferred legal partners for capital market assignments.

Credit Rating Agency Relationship Management: Build strong relationships across Credit Rating Agencies, monitor rating methodologies and market developments, attend industry events, coordinate rating assignments and analyst interactions, facilitate management credit discussions, support lead generation, and track evolving credit enhancement structures including Partial Credit Enhancement (PCE) and other cutting-edge rating frameworks





Debenture Trustee Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with Debenture Trustees, monitor regulatory and operational developments, support transaction execution, coordinate trustee appointments for Debt Public Issues and Private Placements, generate business opportunities, and onboard preferred trustee partners for capital market transactions.

Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with RTAs, track market developments, support transaction execution, coordinate RTA appointments for Debt Public Issues and Private Placements, identify business opportunities, and onboard preferred RTA partners for capital market assignments

Issuing & Paying Agents (IPA) Relationship Management: Coordinate IPAs for documentation, issuance, settlement and successful execution of Commercial Paper transactions

Regulatory & Exchange coordination: Establish and maintain operational
