Role: SAP Ariba Consultant
Experience : 6 to 12 Years

Job Description:
AP Ariba:
Implement and support SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
Manage integration of Ariba with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
Drive supplier enablement, catalog management, and procurement digitization initiatives.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Ariba-related incidents, enhancements, and system issues.
Ensure smooth execution of procurement and supplier collaboration processes.
Functional Leadership
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and lead blueprinting/design sessions with stakeholders.
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user training documentation.
Lead UAT cycles, cutover planning, and hypercare (post-go-live support).
Act as a functional lead, mentoring junior analysts and driving continuous improvement initiatives.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or IT.
8–9+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba.
Proven experience in end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations and global rollouts.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing lifecycle.
Experience with integration technologies such as IDoc, ALE, EDI, or middleware (PI/PO/CPI).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills:OPTIONAL
Exposure to SAP MM (Materials Management) processes relevant to procurement integration.
Basic understanding of supply chain processes (non-core, integration perspective only).
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA procurement integration with Ariba.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
