· To provide psychological counselling to students.

· To conduct personal session with students to understand their problems.

· To work with student who are struggling academically by employing psychological & educational Techniques to improve their problems.

· To apply expertize in mental health, learning and behaviour, to help students succeed academically, socially behaviourally, and emotionally.

· To help with some admin related work for post admission department.

· To help in tele-calling on student data to apprise them about our services and also to convey some academic specific information.

· To perform data analysis primarily in excel.

· To analyse the attendance of students in various classes to identify potential dropouts due to coping up pressure.

· To design straightforward procedures which can be used in filtration & identification of students in need.

· To develop counselling programs which can be aligned with academic curriculum.

· Regularly Monitor & take follow up on board cases.

· To maintain record & provide updates to the higher authorities.

· To prepare presentation of cases & efforts for presentations (GOVT administration).
