Urgent Hiring for Team Manager - Graphics and Video Editing

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.

• Allocate and prioritise work, monitor project timelines, and optimise team productivity.

• Review and approve graphic designs, videos, motion graphics, and creative concepts before final delivery.

• Design and oversee creatives for: 1. Social media campaigns 2. Digital marketing assets (banners, emailers, website creatives, landing pages) 3. Print media (brochures, flyers, standees, posters, branding collateral) 4. Corporate presentations and marketing materials 5. Event and promotional creatives 6. Promotional videos, reels, advertisements, interviews, testimonials, and other multimedia content

• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Digital, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling visual content.





• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design and video communication.

• Guide the team on creative direction, storytelling, editing standards, and visual quality.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team development.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 7–8 years of experience in Graphic Design and creative content production.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.

• Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent).

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, colour correction, typography, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to review, guide, and mentor both Graphic Designers and Video Editors while maintaining quality standards.
