About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our sales presence in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets through effective field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow business within the assigned territory.
- Generate new customer leads through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and business updates.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduation Mandatory.




- Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Local candidate from Dhanbad will be preferred.
