We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance qualified to join our team The ideal candidate will bring experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving ethical business practices This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change learn continuously and engage with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards Key Responsibilities Compliance Monitoring Testing Conduct transactional testing and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations Support internal audits and compliance reviews especially in sales and marketing functions Risk Assessment Mitigation Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies Support investigations and root cause analyses related to compliance breaches Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance Provide guidance and support on compliance-related queries and initiatives Collaborate with cross functional team including Finance for resolution and support Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of compliance activities findings and corrective actions Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required Training and Communication Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departments Qualifications Industry Experience Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred Exposure to sales and marketing compliance promotional review or medical affairs is a plus Functional Expertise Experience in compliance internal audit forensic reviews or transactional testing Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of curiosity eagerness to learn and proactive engagement Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Basic Qualifications CA CA Inter or equivalent expertise Bachelor s degree in finance Business Law or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance or related functions Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools systems
