Job description Some careers shine brighter than others If you re looking for a career that will help you stand out join HSBC and fulfil your potential Whether you want a career that could take you to the top or simply take you in an exciting new direction HSBC offers opportunities support and rewards that will take you further HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world with operations in 64 countries and territories We aim to be where the growth is enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper and ultimately helping people to fulfil their hopes and realize their ambitions We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr Associate Director Business Analysis In this role you will Lead the delivery of Wealth Project aligning with global and regional strategies Define and drive Wealth strategies that enhance customer engagement and experience through innovative Open Banking capabilities Provide leadership to development teams ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with organizational objectives Gather and document business requirements for Wealth solutions ensuring alignment Wealth Products and platforms Collaborate with Program management IT and product teams to design robust APIs seamless integrations and intuitive customer journeys Lead workshops and discussions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for digital innovation Ensure all channel and Open Banking solutions comply with local regulatory requirements including all financial and data privacy regulations as well as global standards like PSD2 PDPL and GDPR Identify risks associated with Open Banking and channel innovations and develop mitigation strategies Act as a key point of contact for Wealth and investment banking platforms projects engaging with internal teams regulators and external partners Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership and program manager for ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines Partner with regional and global teams to drive the adoption of Wealth and investment banking platforms Oversee User Acceptance Testing UAT for Wealth and investment banking platforms ensuring compliance and functionality Monitor and analyze key performance indicators KPIs to assess the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement Deliver comprehensive reports on project progress risks and performance to stakeholders Requirements To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field Master s degree preferred 8 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years focused on Investment Products Wealth Services and deliveries including Digital Channels experience Proven experience with a strong understanding of local financial regulations Wealth and Investment Banking trends and market dynamics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaborat Certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or Agile Protected certifications Experience in customer journey mapping and delivering multi-channel solutions in banking You ll achieve more when you join HSBC www hsbc com careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued respected and opinions count We take pride in providing a workplace that fosters continuous career development flexible working and opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment Personal data held by the Bank relating to employment applications will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement which is available on our website Issued by - HSBC Software Development India
