Role Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner by promoting awareness and understanding of recruitment-related policies and procedures across departments Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing coordinating offers and onboarding new hires Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely hiring aligned with organizational goals Lead HR induction programs and support hiring managers during new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration experience Oversee employee advantages administration ensuring systems are updated and processes are maintained effectively Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements Administer HR processes such as new hire onboarding employee exits and monthly payroll coordination Conduct and analyze employee exit interviews identifying trends and contributing to retention strategies Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Chennai office providing ongoing support to employees and managers Ensure adherence to employment laws organizational policies and compliance standards Participate in or lead special HR projects related to recruitment strategies HR technology or process improvements Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Key Accountabilities Manage the Employee Life Cycle with a strong focus on recruitment and employee onboarding Lead end-to-end recruitment operations as the core recruitment lead for business functions Contribute to HR transformation projects including process enhancements HR systems and talent initiatives Oversee onboarding induction and other employee engagement processes to enhance employee experience Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
