A leading multidisciplinary university is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to establish and scale its Executive Education & Management Development Programs (MDP) vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead the Executive Education business as a strategic growth vertical
- Drive business development and establish relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Learning Heads, government bodies, and industry associations
- Design and launch executive education, corporate training, certification, and management development programs
- Develop strategic partnerships and generate sustainable revenue through customized and open-enrolment programs
- Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to create impactful learning experiences
- Lead marketing, brand building, and end-to-end program delivery

Ideal Candidate

- 12–18 years of relevant experience in Executive Education, Corporate Learning & Development, Higher Education Partnerships, or Corporate Training
- Strong track record in business development and revenue generation
- Experience working with senior corporate stakeholders and industry leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale current initiatives
