We are looking for a confident articulate and well-presented Product Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute international immersion tours for MBA and PGDM students from Top Tier colleges This role demands excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi a robust understanding of corporate protocol and the ability to handle travel logistics and client meetings with top-tier college management including Chairmen and Directors Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate immersion tours for top MBA PGDM colleges to international destinations Liaise with institutional heads and corporate partners to finalize immersion tour agendas Deliver impactful presentations to college management and decision-makers Handle negotiations and closures of institutional tour deals Ensure smooth travel operations including visa processing flight bookings and accommodation Build and maintain relationships with education partners travel vendors and institutions Represent the company in a professional manner during meetings and events Handle any contingencies during tours ensuring student safety and satisfaction Flexible to travel within and outside India as per project requirements Required Skills Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Knowledge of travel and tourism processes international domestic Familiarity with education tours MICE or academic conferences is a plus Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders college directors chairpersons etc Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills Well-groomed personality with a professional demeanor Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Business Administration Hospitality or related fields Preferred Attributes Candidates with a dynamic and confident personality Comfortable with frequent travel including international destinations Prior experience in academic tours event coordination or corporate client handling Perks Benefits Opportunity to work with top institutions across India and abroad Travel opportunities to international educational destinations Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Professional development in corporate networking and academic liaison Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Application Question s Known languages Work Location In person
