Job Summary We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team As a key member of our finance department you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles coupled with a proactive approach to handling various aspects of financial management We Offer Monthly stipend 12 000 - 15 000 Additional performance-based incentives In office work location in Bangalore Opportunity for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance Responsibilities Regular Accounting Manage day-to-day financial transactions including invoicing expense tracking and reconciliation Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records Prepare financial reports and statements for management review Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Compliance Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting principles Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance Record Handling Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records Handle confidential financial information with discretion Payroll Relationships Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner including tax deductions and benefits administration Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits Collaborate with HR for seamless coordination between finance and human resources Report Management Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders Communicate financial information effectively to management and other departments Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in finance and accounting roles Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements We invite you to apply if you meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills for this role Join us in our commitment to maintaining financial integrity and contributing to the success of our organization Job Types Full-time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Language English Kannada Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
