Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen and expand our brand presence across digital platforms The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning executing and optimizing social media campaigns that drive measurable growth in awareness engagement and conversions This role requires a balance of creativity analytical thinking and strategic execution in both organic and paid marketing initiatives Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop implement and manage content strategies across platforms including Meta Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Formulate and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility community engagement and lead generation Monitor industry trends audience insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives Foster community engagement by managing interactions responding to queries and ensuring a positive brand experience Analytics Reporting Track and evaluate key performance metrics including reach engagement CTR and conversions Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights to inform decision-making and improve performance Conduct A B testing to identify and implement the most effective content and campaign strategies Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and YouTube promotions Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns Excellent communication multitasking and organizational skills Basic knowledge of SEO will be considered an added advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience Social media marketing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
