Job Title Company Secretary - Manager Compliance Location Mumbai Salary Up to 8 LPA Department Finance Accounts Reporting To Head - Finance Accounts About the Role We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary Manager - Compliance to oversee corporate governance legal compliance and statutory filings The role requires strong expertise in ROC filings company law matters and managing compliance for multiple entities The candidate will also lead a small team and coordinate with auditors directors and other stakeholders Key Responsibilities Manage ROC filings and ensure compliance with Company Law requirements Handle Incorporation Conversion of Company LLP Firm Prepare and file statutory forms AOC-4 MGT-7 DIR-11 12 AOC-1 2 Draft Directors Reports Minutes of Meetings and Compliance Calendar Support in Strike-off Mergers Acquisitions processes Coordinate with auditors legal advisors and key stakeholders Maintain compliance dashboards and MIS reports Lead a team of 2 members and ensure timely completion of tasks Requirements Qualified Company Secretary CS with 4-6 years of relevant managerial experience Robust knowledge of corporate compliance secretarial practices Excellent drafting communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 55 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Experience Company Secretary 3 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
