Job description About PATH PATH Purposeful Active Transformative Holistic is a groundbreaking educational movement powered by ALfA Accelerating Learning for All PATH replaces rote learning with joyful peer-led accelerated learning methods already reaching over 1 million students across government and private schools in India and abroad Learn more getilearn org path dignityeducation org Role Overview We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Outreach cum Teacher This is a field-intensive role involving direct engagement with schools teachers and students to introduce and implement the PATH methodology You will conduct outreach visits facilitate demonstrations and support training activities to encourage the adoption of our pedagogy This role is ideal for fresh college graduates as well as those with prior teaching training experience Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach visits to schools and engage with educational leaders principals and school heads in meaningful conversations to encourage the adoption of our pedagogy and convert schools into PATH schools Deliver interactive classroom demonstrations and support teachers in effectively using the PATH pedagogy Assist in designing and facilitating teacher training sessions to strengthen teaching practices Build robust educational partnerships by generating leads scheduling appointments and guiding schools through the process of adopting the PATH approach Connect with booksellers and other educational stakeholders to take our pedagogy and transform education Collaborate closely with school leaders education officers and community stakeholders to create sustainable impact and host townhall events Travel extensively to implement monitor and expand the reach of PATH programs Report to the reporting head Requirements B Ed graduates are highly preferred Candidates from other disciplines with a strong passion for education are also welcome Experience Freshers college pass-outs welcome prior teaching training experience preferred Skills o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Passion for working with children and teachers o Basic familiarity with digital tools smartphone apps Google Workspace Other Requirements o Scooty Bike is mandatory frequent school field visits o English communication is compulsory o Willingness to travel extensively Job Types Full-time Freelance Work Location Field-based Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
