We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced channel manager for our construction waterproofing business The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the company s sales channels to achieve revenue targets increase market share and increase profitability The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry particularly in plumbing and waterproofing and will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful distribution channels Key Responsibilities - Identify recruit and manage distribution partners dealers and super stockists across the region - Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share - Build and maintain relationships with key customers including large construction companies developers and government organizations - Work with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns and marketing materials - Manage product pricing margins and channel inventory levels to ensure profitability - Provide regular reporting on sales performance market trends and competitor activities - Work closely with internal teams to provide technical and product support to customers - Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with distribution partners dealers and super stockists - Train and support sales teams of distribution partners dealers and super stockists Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor s degree in civil engineering and or business administration marketing or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management or sales management preferably in the construction industry - Strong understanding of the construction industry particularly in plumbing and waterproofing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and manage successful distribution channels - Solid negotiation and contract management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to travel frequently within the region - If you are a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and construction waterproofing we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity ref updazz com
