Job Title QA Automation Lead Location HiTech City Hyderabad Experience 8-10 Years Employment Type Full-time Working Days 5 Days 2 alternative Saturday working Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team in Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks leading QA teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products This role requires strong leadership technical skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA Automation Engineers providing technical guidance and career development support Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test scripts for web mobile and API platforms Define and implement QA strategy automation standards and best practices Collaborate with Product Owners Developers and Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage Drive end-to-end automation across CI CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins Git Azure DevOps or equivalent Perform root cause analysis of defects and ensure early detection through automation and continuous testing Track QA metrics e g defect density test coverage execution results and prepare quality dashboards for stakeholders Ensure compliance with security performance and scalability testing requirements Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and release readiness activities Stay updated with emerging QA tools technologies and industry trends to bring innovation to the QA practice Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Engineering or related field 8-10 years of overall QA experience with at least 3 years in a lead role Hands-on expertise in automation tools frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver TestNG JUnit Cucumber RestAssured Appium or Cypress Strong programming skills in Java Python JavaScript for test automation Experience with API automation and tools like Postman RestAssured or Karate Proven experience in setting up and enhancing automation frameworks hybrid data-driven keyword-driven BDD TDD Solid understanding of CI CD processes and tools like Jenkins Azure DevOps Git or Maven Gradle Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms e g BrowserStack Sauce Labs Experience with performance and security testing is a plus e g JMeter LoadRunner Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Good to Have Experience with microservices testing and containerization Docker Kubernetes Knowledge of AI ML-driven test automation tools Exposure to BFSI Healthcare or Product-based domains Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 100 000 00 - 140 000 00 per month
