Key Responsibilities Ensure day-to-day legal and regulatory compliance of the NBFC with RBI Manage all filings and disclosures under RBI SEBI MCA Income Tax and other statutory authorities Maintain and update a comprehensive compliance calendar Handle documentation and legal processes under the SARFAESI Act Assist in insolvency-related matters including CIRP processes under IBC Provide support in NCLT proceedings - including documentation affidavit preparation appearance coordination and follow-up with legal counsel Maintain internal records of loans and advances board approvals charges and related filings in accordance with RBI and Companies Act requirements Eligibility Qualifications Graduate Post-Graduate in Law Commerce or Business Administration Strong understanding of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks governing NBFCs and insolvency matters Proficiency in using MCA and RBI portals for compliance management Preferred Experience 1-2 years in an NBFC financial services company or legal compliance consultancy Active involvement in preparing and managing legal filings before the National Company Law Tribunal NCLT Exposure to CIRP or liquidation cases from the lender or creditor side Experience in corporate secretarial practices and regulatory filings Should Have Knowledge of the Following Related Areas RBI Regulatory Framework Master Directions for NBFCs Fair Practices Code Credit Concentration Norms Asset Classification norms SARFAESI Act 2002 End-to-end knowledge of procedures enforcement measures timelines and legal formats Companies Act 2013 Provisions relating to Board governance statutory filings appointment and resignation of directors share allotment etc Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code IBC 2016 Understanding of CIRP stages claim forms resolution timelines liquidation triggers and IBBI regulations NCLT Procedures Knowledge of petition formats public announcements claim verification and ongoing tracking of hearings SEBI Regulations Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
