Job Summary We are looking for a polite confident and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist for our Car Detailing Body Shop Centre The candidate will welcome customers understand their service needs manage appointments coordinate with technicians and ensure a smooth customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the centre Explain detailing body shop services packages and pricing Create job cards and manage customer check-in check-out Schedule and manage daily appointments Coordinate with detailing team painters and technicians Update customers about service progress delays and delivery times Handle calls WhatsApp messages and customer queries Prepare estimates invoices and handle payment processing Maintain front desk area and customer lounge Take customer feedback and maintain reports Assist the manager with daily administrative tasks Required Skills Good communication skills Hindi English Polite and professional customer handling Basic computer skills Excel billing software WhatsApp Multitasking and time management abilities Knowledge of car detailing body shop services preferred but not mandatory Qualifications Minimum 12th pass Graduation preferred Experience in automobile car detailing or customer service is an advantage Freshers with positive communication can also apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Front desk 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
