Job Title Corporate Sales Team Leader - Healthcare Department Corporate Sales Business Development Location Andheri West Mumbai Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team in the healthcare sector This role is responsible for driving team performance managing key client accounts and contributing to the company s revenue growth by acquiring and retaining B2B healthcare clients such as hospitals clinics health networks and insurance companies The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for sales excellence Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of corporate sales representatives targeting healthcare institutions Set clear team goals and performance metrics monitor progress and provide coaching and feedback Maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team s product knowledge and sales techniques Assist in preparing proposals quotations and high-level presentations for healthcare decision-makers Track team performance and provide regular reports to sales leadership Stay up to date on healthcare industry developments competitor activities and client needs Qualifications Master s degree in business Healthcare Administration Life Sciences or a related field 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within the healthcare industry Prior experience leading a sales team or mentoring junior sales professionals Solid understanding of the healthcare procurement and sales process Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
