Job Title Finance Manager - Car Loan NEXA Company Premier Carworld Pvt Ltd Brand Maruti Suzuki NEXA Location Park Street Department Finance Insurance F I Reporting To General Manager - NEXA Director - Premier Carworld Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-time Job Summary Premier Carworld Pvt Ltd a leading Maruti Suzuki dealership is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Finance Manager Car Loan for its premium NEXA division The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end vehicle financing operations building strong relationships with financial institutions and ensuring a seamless loan process for NEXA customers This role plays a key part in driving revenue through car loan conversions and delivering a premium NEXA experience Key Responsibilities Loan Processing Approvals Assist customers in selecting suitable car loan products based on their needs and eligibility Coordinate with multiple banks NBFCs e g HDFC Bank ICICI Kotak SBI etc to get loan approvals quickly and efficiently Ensure accurate documentation and verification as per bank norms and regulatory compliance Customer Experience Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with NEXA brand values Provide end-to-end assistance during the financing process including EMI calculations loan application and disbursement Address customer queries and concerns related to financing with clarity and professionalism Liaison Relationship Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank executives DSA partners and loan processing teams Negotiate better interest rates and loan terms for customers Revenue Generation Achieve monthly finance penetration targets and contribute to dealership profitability through upselling of finance insurance and add-on products Track finance conversion ratios and analyze performance metrics Compliance Documentation Ensure all loan-related documentation is completed and filed properly Stay updated with the latest RBI RTO and finance-related guidelines applicable to vehicle loans Team Coordination Coordinate closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery upon loan disbursement Train and support sales executives on finance schemes and upselling techniques Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in car loan finance preferably in a Maruti Suzuki dealership NEXA experience is a strong plus Strong knowledge of vehicle finance processes documentation and banking practices Familiarity with Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance and digital loan processing platforms Excellent negotiation communication and customer handling skills Proficient in MS Excel and dealership CRM ERP systems Key Skills Car Loan Processing Banking NBFC Coordination Sales Finance Conversions Customer Relationship Management Compliance Documentation EMI Loan Calculations Team Collaboration Why Join Us Be part of a reputed Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership with a strong market presence Work in a rapid-paced customer-focused environment Attractive incentives on finance conversions and performance Opportunities for career growth within the Premier Carworld group To Apply Send your updated resume to (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
