Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our IT services The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads improving brand visibility and achieving ROI goals across multiple paid channels Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Facebook Instagram Ads etc Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance Optimize ad copy creatives landing pages and bidding strategies for lead generation and conversions Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics CTR CPC CPL ROI Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals A B test campaigns to identify the best-performing strategies Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of ad spend Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights Stay updated on digital marketing trends tools and IT industry dynamics Requirements Proven experience in paid marketing for IT services SaaS or technology solutions Strong knowledge of Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Facebook Ads and other PPC platforms Proficiency in analytics tools Google Analytics SEMrush HubSpot etc Excellent understanding of lead generation funnels and B2B marketing Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience with remarketing and account-based marketing ABM Familiarity with CRM tools Salesforce HubSpot Zoho Experience Minimum 3-4years Location Mohali Punjab Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
