About the Role Are you passionate about working with youth and making a real impact in their lives We are looking for a Facilitator Youth Counselor to join our team and support underprivileged young adults in building their agency and confidence to make informed life and career decisions In this role you will be responsible for facilitating life skills sessions conducting one-on-one career counseling and fostering emotional and mental well-being among the youth Your ability to build strong meaningful relationships will help them transform their lives and careers Key Responsibilities Facilitate the Foundation Course for new students focusing on life skills and soft skills development Ensure timely and complete participation and attendance in all sessions Administer career and aptitude assessments to evaluate students strengths and interests Conduct individual counseling sessions based on test results to guide students in making suitable career and skilling choices Identify any gaps between test results and student aspirations and offer appropriate support and interventions Collaborate with the center team to ensure smooth operations and support other initiatives as needed Act as a role model and build a positive empowering culture for students What We re Looking For Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology Counseling Education or related fields 1-2 years of experience in career counseling life skills facilitation or youth mentoring Confident in managing and engaging with groups of 25-30 students Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language Hindi and English Deep empathy cultural sensitivity and a passion for youth development Ability to motivate and influence positive behavioral change Strong sense of commitment towards urban youth empowerment and social transformation Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of underprivileged youth Collaborative mission-driven work culture Hands-on role in creating systemic change at the grassroots level Ready to Apply If this sounds like you send your CV to careers lighthousecommunities org with the job title location in the subject line Job Type Full time Pay 28 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
