Body Shop Billing Staff Location KASARAGOD Job Summary The Body Shop Billing Staff is responsible for preparing and processing accurate invoices for all repair orders managing insurance claims tracking payments and maintaining financial records using Tally and other relevant systems This position ensures that all billing and documentation are completed in a timely and professional manner to support the smooth operation of the body shop Key Responsibilities Review repair orders for accuracy in labor parts paint and sublet charges Generate customer and insurance invoices in accordance with company policies Use Tally software to input financial data generate reports manage ledgers and track receivables payables Submit insurance claims and handle supplements using estimating platforms CCC One Audatex or similar Reconcile payments from insurance companies and customers post them in Tally and internal systems Collaborate with estimators and technicians to ensure billing reflects actual work performed Maintain organized records of invoices estimates approvals and related documents Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies Support management in generating weekly monthly financial and billing reports Assist with general administrative duties such as filing scanning and customer support Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree in Commerce or Accounting preferred Proven experience in billing accounting or administrative roles within an auto body shop or dealership Proficiency in Tally ERP TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9 is required Familiarity with insurance billing procedures and auto body shop operations is a plus Strong knowledge of MS Office especially Excel Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Job Type Full-time Pay From 11 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location Remote Application Deadline 31 07 2025
