Overall Job Description
- Sourcing Credit Cards Digitally through NTB customers & also cross selling cards to ETB Base.
- Meeting current/existing customers to generate business opportunities.
- Open Market, Corporate Activity, Cold calling at Government and Private companies is one of the main KRAs.
- Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
- Credit Card Activation above 94% , Maintain an excellent NPS and maintaning the right product Mix is an important KRA
