Role & responsibilities
Key responsibilities
1. Engagement analytics and reporting• Own preparation and delivery of regular and ad hoc engagement reporting across internal channels (e.g. newsletters, Viva Engage, multi-channel campaigns) to identify trends, audience behaviour and content effectiveness.• Work with CA colleagues to translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform communications planning, channel optimisation and decisionmaking.• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reporting templates to support consistent measurement over time.• Support survey design, analysis and synthesis related to internal engagement and communications effectiveness.2. Channel operations and publishing• Support publishing across key internal channels for priority internal communications, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud newsletters• Assist and execute content build, scheduling and distribution in line with agreed workflows and timelines• Support channel hygiene, consistency and accuracy, ensuring alignment with brand and governance standards• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardisation and digital tools.3. Coordination and workflow management• Maintain communications calendars, trackers and workflow tools• Support planning and delivery of internal events and communications activity• Support uplift in reporting efficiency, channel performance and workflow effectiveness.You will make an impact by:• Engaging and advising stakeholders within Corporate Affairs• Supporting the creation and execution of our Corporate Affairs strategy• Exercising solid judgment and decision-making• Bringing curiosity and a testandlearn mindset to how we communicate exploring new tools,
formats and datadriven insights to improve effectiveness and engagement.• Connecting your work with PwC Australia’s strategy and our purpose, and always reflecting our cultural ambitions• Being a champion for the Corporate Affairs team and working collaboratively to drive cross-function initiatives.Skills and experienceCore technical skills:• Experience with internal communications channels (SharePoint, intranet platforms, Viva Engage or equivalents)• Proficiency in AI-enabled tools to support content development, communications delivery, reporting and workflow• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation tools) – execution and templated builds• Canva (or equivalent) for basic templated design and content formatting• Strong Excel and/or Power BI capability for reporting and analytics• Experience with survey tools and engagement measurement.Core capabilities:• Strong writing and content development skills• Sound communications judgment and risk awareness• Strategic thinking and audience-focused content planning.• Proactive, self-directed and solutions-oriented• Strong data analysis and insight generation capability• High attention to detail, particularly in publishing accuracy and governance• Excellent organisation and workflow management skills• Ability to work effectively within structured processes and repeatable workflows• Strong collaboration skills across onshore/offshore teams.Ideal experience:• Experience in communications analytics or digital engagement measurement• Familiarity with global or distributed team environments• Some exposure to corporate affairs, communications, change, news, PR or marketing• A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or related field would be favourable.
