- Act as a primary point of contact for the CBO, managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure sensitive matters are addressed appropriately.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CBO.
- Facilitate personal tasks and assist in managing the CBO's personal affairs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the CBO's business engagements and personal trips.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support in decision-making processes.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address personal and qualified tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the CBO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 4+ years of experience as an EA in supporting C suites or a Founder's office
- Experience managing calendars, booking travel or scheduling meetings
- Familiarity with office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva
