Open Positions

1. Steward

Experience: 03 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional guest service.
- Take food & beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per SOPs.
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and service standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
- Upsell menu items and enhance guest experience.

Requirements

- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Fine dining/Italian restaurant experience preferred.

2. Captain

Experience: 26 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a service station and supervise Stewards.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, grooming and service standards.
- Drive guest satisfaction and sales through effective upselling.

Requirements





- Previous experience as Captain in a premium casual dining/fine dining restaurant.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Italian restaurant experience will be an added advantage.

3. Management Trainee Operations

Experience: Freshers / Up to 1 Year

Qualification

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Undergo structured management training.
- Learn restaurant operations, guest relations and team management.
- Support outlet operations across service and administration.
- Develop into future restaurant leaders.

Requirements

- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Willingness to relocate within Mumbai or Pune if required.
