Role & responsibilities :

EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of 15-20 years in a liaison with MCGM, MHADA, SRA and MMRDA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain regular follow-ups with on record Liaison Architect for all the companies projects.

a. Liaise with Liaison Architect for Building Proposal Department, CFO Department, MHADA, Estate Department for various concessions, amended plans, IOD, CC & OC for all Company Projects.

b. To procure and various NOCs as per the requirements.

2.Track all the approvals and NOC requirement for uninterrupted progress of the project.

3.Coordinate with design architects to prepare master layouts as per rules and regulations.

4.Coordinate with Environmental Consultant for EC & MPCB approvals.

5.Provide technical input to MEP Team as per DCPR provisions for plan finalization.

6.To do technical feasibility of prospective projects.

7.Coordinate with Internal departments like Legal, Business Development, Design, Construction and other departments of the Company.

8.Verify land ownership documents, mutation entries, and 7/12 extracts before land acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile :

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
