Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments as per the audit plan.
- Lead and conduct branch audits independtly.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Review financial records, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare audit reports with explicit findings and actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of audit tools, checklists, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls.
- Given the nature of this role,



it involves sustained travel across India for three to four weeks each month (from April to December across Tier I, II & III locations in India), with a non-travel period from January to March. Please consider this requirement carefully before applying, as it is integral to the role.

Travel:

- About three weeks each month, mainly between April and December.
- Travel plans are pre-scheduled and shared early (by the 10th of previous month) for better planning.
- Auditors usually return to Mumbai by Friday evening.
- The company policy ensures employees/trainees travel comfortably - Air and AC Second Class rail (based on location), with cab arrangements for last-mile travel.
