Role & responsibilities

Acquire NTB current account customers from the identified segment and catchment area.

Identify and convert retail or corporate clients via field sales, catchment mapping, and channel partners.

Drive targets for Savings/Current Accounts (CASA), retail loans, or third-party financial products like insurance.

Proactively register and activate newly acquired customers on digital banking platforms and mobile apps.
