Role & responsibilities

Detail and promote dental products to dentists, implantologists, periodontists, and oral prosthodontist max official surgeons.

Generate primary and secondary sales as per targets. Execute daily field work including doctor calls, product demos, and presentations .Prepare and submit sales reports on timeline. Provide product demonstrations and chairside support when required. Support CMEs, workshops, product launches, and dental conferences. Ensure effective territory coverage, beat planning, and call frequency. Maintain accurate daily call reports and customer records. Track secondary sales, distributor stock, inventory and expiry. Support payment follow-ups with dealers as per company process. Share competitor and market intelligence with ASM/RSM. Prepare and submit sales reports on timeline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain clinical concepts and product perks.

Good selling and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with strong execution focus.

Basic knowledge of sales reporting systems.
