Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across renewable energy functions • Execute bulk and lateral hiring for project sites and sales teams • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment vendors • Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews with technical and sales stakeholders • Drive sales-focused hiring including leadership and frontline sales roles • Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes • Maintain talent pipelines for sales and technical positions • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and closures • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
